Phuket Country Club is located between Patong Beach and Phuket Town, only 12
minutes from Phuket Town, Phuket Country Club was the first
international standard course in the region. The undulating
terrain of the “Old Course”, opened in 1989, consists of three
different areas including six holes in rolling hills, six on
the level and six through landscaped forest. The new 9 hole,
par 37 “Country Club Course” is a little more challenging, as
water comes into play at every hole, penalizing wayward shots.
The most famous of the holes is hole 10, a 557-yard dogleg,
where golfers can play it safe or aim over the water to try to
reach the green in one. |
