The Bangpoo Country Club is close to the seashore in
the southern outskirts of Bangkok, due east along Sukhumvit
Road. The course was designed by the great South African
golfer, Arnold Palmer, and features tough dog-legs and steeply
sloping greens. The stiff breezes blowing in from the sea make
things a little technical too. The Bangpoo Country Club is
very popular among expatriates working in eastern Bangkok. It
takes about half an hour to get there from central
Bangkok. |

Directions
From the center
of Bangkok, go to the Bangna-Trad Highway, and proceed to
Route 3. You will find the entrance to the Bangpoo
Industrial Zone on Route 3, and the entrance to the golf
course is located next to the Industrial Zone.
